Scheduling custom table views for Customers, Invoices, Payments, and Credit Notes

Once you have set up your filter conditions and saved your table views (learn how in Table View - Creating a table view), you can schedule them to automatically receive the data as a report on a regular basis.

This powerful feature allows you to automate your reporting workflow across all key areas of your collections process.


What You Can Schedule

You can schedule custom table views for:

  • Customers – Monitor specific customer segments based on your filter criteria

  • Invoices – Track invoices matching your custom conditions

  • Payments – Keep tabs on payment activity and trends

  • Credit Notes – Stay updated on credit note processing


How to Schedule a Table View Report

Step 1: Open the Schedule Menu

  1. Navigate to the table view you want to schedule (Customers, Invoices, Payments, or Credit Notes)

  2. View your saved view from the Views dropdown

  3. Click the Schedule report button

Step 2: Configure Your Schedule

  1. Select recipients – Choose the user(s) who should receive the scheduled report

  2. Set frequency – Select how often the report should be sent:

    • Daily

    • Weekly

    • Monthly

  3. Choose time – Pick the time of day to send the report

Step 3 Send the Schedule

Click Send to activate your scheduled report. The selected users will now automatically receive the report at the specified frequency and time.


Viewing Your Scheduled Reports

To see all your scheduled table view reports:

  1. Navigate to Reports in the main navigation

  2. Click Report Schedule in the top-right corner

  3. Review all scheduled reports
