Audit logs provide a complete history of actions taken across customer records in Kolleno. This ensures transparency, traceability, and a single source of truth for compliance and operational reviews.

All actions taken at the record level automatically roll up into the Customer Audit Log, giving you a full, downloadable audit trail per customer.

Audit Logs

Audit logs capture key changes made by users or the system, including:

  • Tags added or removed

  • Chasing paused or resumed

  • Auto-charge enabled or disabled

  • Credit notes applied or unapplied

  • Payment related updates

Each action is time stamped and records who performed the change.

Customer Audit Logs

The Customer Audit Log is the primary source of truth for audit trails.

It consolidates all actions taken across related records, including invoices, credit notes, and payments.

Two additional columns are shown to give full context:

  • Record Type: The type of record affected, such as Invoice, Credit Note, Payment, or Customer

  • Record Reference: The reference of the related record where the change occurred

Exports are available only at the customer level, providing one consolidated audit file covering all related activity.

Audit Logs Per Record

Each supported record also has its own audit log for quick, focused review.

To view a record level audit log:

  1. Open an Invoice, Credit Note, or Payment

  2. Select the ellipsis (…) menu

  3. Click Audit Logs

Important Notes

  • Any action logged at record level also appears in the Customer Audit Log

  • Customer Audit Logs are the only exportable audit trail

  • Record level audit logs are view only and designed for quick investigation
