Access Logs Report

Track internal and customer activity like portal access and PDF downloads.

Kolleno provides visibility into user and customer access activity through downloadable logs available in Reports > Kolleno Insights. These logs help you monitor when and how your customers accessed the customer portal.

📍 Steps to Access the Logs

  1. Go to Reports in the main navigation.

  2. Select Kolleno Insights.

  3. Download the report labeled Access Logs or similar.

  4. Open the report in Excel or your preferred spreadsheet tool.

📄 Understanding the Report Columns:

The exported Excel report contains the following columns:

Column Name

Description

Date

Timestamp of the access event (UTC timezone).

Action

The action recorded — typically “Customer Portal Access.”

Customer

The name of the customer the log relates to.

IP Address

Public IP address used to do the action.

User Agent

Browser and device information. Helpful for identifying unusual access.

Related Object

Such as the Invoice or Credit Note reference (if relevant for the action).

Is From Customer Portal

Indicates whether the access came via the customer portal.

User

Email address of the user who logged in *or* the customer's contact person if sign-in was required.
