Define whether customers can download Transaction Statements and Open Invoice Statements in PDF, Excel, both formats, or disable downloads entirely.
After adjusting these settings, the Customer Portal will immediately reflect the selected download options.
How to Update Customer Portal Download Options
Navigate to Settings in the left sidebar.
Select Customer portal from the list.
Scroll to
Transaction Statements Download options or
Open Invoices Statements Download options.
Choose one of the available options:
What Customers See
Customers accessing their Account Statement page will see download buttons only for the formats you have enabled.
