Using Reports in Kolleno

What are Kolleno reports?

Kolleno’s reporting feature provides critical financial insights in an easy-to-understand format, designed for CFOs, Finance Managers, and credit controllers. Reports include metrics such as the Aging Balance, Collections, Customers, and overall performance.

Reports are generated from your Kolleno data and can be downloaded, sent, or scheduled. This enables you to track payment trends, reduce risk, and make data-driven decisions that improve your cash flow.

Examples of reports you can generate include:

  • Kolleno Progress Report

  • Kolleno Weekly Report

  • Payments received in the past 30/60/90 days

  • Overview of Aging Balance

  • Top Debtors by Balance Overdue

  • Invoice Actions


How to access reports in Kolleno?

Automatically only admin users are able to access the Reports section in Kolleno environment, the rest of the user types need to be given permission in "Users & Permissions" settings.

On the left hand panel, select the Reports tab and it will redirect you to the Reports page in Kolleno - displaying all the available Kolleno reports.


How to Download Reports

  1. Select the report you want to download.

  2. Click on the Download icon.

  3. You can see the download status and download the report in Reports -> View Report Downloads

  4. The system will send the report link to the email address linked to your Kolleno account.

When downloading, you may be asked to select specific options for example:

  • Date Range (From, To)

  • Customer Chasing Status (All, Active, Paused)

  • You can also set customer Filters for the Report you want to download that can filter down the data


How to Send Reports

  1. Click on the Email icon.

  2. Choose the user in your system to send the report to.

  3. Select the relevant information the report should cover.

  4. Click Send.

The selected user will receive the download link directly via email.


How to Schedule Reports

  1. Click on the Email icon.

  2. Select the user who should receive the scheduled report.

  3. Toggle Recurring to enable scheduling.

  4. Choose the Report Frequency (e.g., daily weekly, monthly).

  5. Select the time of day to send report.

This ensures your team automatically receives the right reports on a regular basis.


How to View the Reporting Schedule

  1. On the top-right corner of the Reports page, click Report Schedule.

  2. The schedule view shows:

    • Which report is scheduled

    • The recipient

    • Frequency

    • Day & Time

    • File Type
