Only Admin users have automatic access to the Reports section in Kolleno environment, the rest of the user types need to be given permission in "Users & Permissions" settings by Admins.
On the left hand panel, select the Reports tab and it will redirect you to the Reports page in Kolleno - displaying all the available Kolleno reports.
If you would like to give Member or Viewer users access to reports, click on your Company name (in the top left hand side) click Users & Permissions > Existing users > 3 dots (on the right hand side) Edit User Details and toggle on the respective reporting access before clicking Save.
