Only Admin users have automatic access to the Templates section in Kolleno environment, the rest of the user types need to be given permission in "Users & Permissions" settings by Admins.
If you would like to give or restrict Member or Viewer users access to Temlpates
Click on your Company name (in the top left hand side)
Click Users & Permissions > Existing users > 3 dots (on the right hand side) Edit User Details
Toggle on the respective Templates access before clicking Save.
