Only Admin users have automatic access to the Workflows section in Kolleno environment, the rest of the user types need to be given permission in "Users & Permissions" settings by Admins.
If you would like to give Member or Viewer users access to Workflows:
Click on your Company name (in the top left hand side)
Click Users & Permissions > Existing users > 3 dots (on the right hand side) Edit User Details
Toggle on the respective Workflows Access before clicking Save.
