Reconciliation is where you match bank transactions to invoices and credit notes and push the results to your ERP. Because these actions post payments to your ERP, Kolleno lets you control exactly which users can use it.
The Reconciliation Access permission lets Admins decide which users can open Reconciliation.
What the Permission Controls
When Reconciliation Access is enabled for a user, they can open Reconciliation, view bank accounts and transactions, match and reconcile them, and review the Reconciliation History.
When it is disabled, the user cannot access Reconciliation.
Where to Find It
Go to Settings → Users & Permissions → Users.
Click on the user you want to edit.
In the permissions section, locate the Reconciliation Access toggle and switch it on or off.
Save your changes.
Default Behaviour
Admins have Reconciliation Access by default.
Members and Viewers need an Admin to switch it on for them.
Things to Note
Only Admins can change this permission.
Reconciliation must be enabled for your company before users can access it. Contact your account manager or Support if you don't see Reconciliation at all.
