To successfully send or schedule a report for multiple users, you must first share the report view. If the view is not shared, the system will return an error.
Sending a Report to Multiple Users
In either Reports Tab or Dashboard Tab.
Open the report you want to send.
Select Send report.
Choose multiple users from the recipient list.
Confirm and send the report.
When the report is sent:
The payload includes all selected users.
The same filters and columns are applied to every recipient.

Scheduling a Report for Multiple Users
Open the report and select Show all to review filters and columns.
Ensure the view is shared.
Click Schedule report.
Select multiple users.
Configure the schedule and save.
The scheduled report will:
Be sent to all selected users.
Use the same view, filters, and dashboard settings for each recipient.
How User Selection Works
When multiple users are selected:
All recipients receive the same report configuration.
The system payload updates dynamically to reflect the selected users.
Filters and dashboard settings remain consistent across all recipients.
This ensures data consistency and prevents mismatched views.
