You can save specific filter combinations in reports as reusable views. This makes it easy to quickly access the data you care about most without reapplying filters every time.
How to save and manage filters on reports:
Apply your filters
Open a report and apply the filters you want (e.g., date ranges, customer, status).
Save as view
Once your filters are applied, select Save as view. Give your view a name that will help you recognize it later.

βAccess, share, or delete views
Go to Show all to see the list of saved views. From here, you can:
Select a view to load it
Delete views you no longer need
Share views with other users in your organization
