Dynamic date filters save you time by automatically adjusting to the current date. Instead of setting new dates every time, choose relative options like Today, This month, or 7 days from now.

These filters keep your lists and reports up to date without manual changes.

  • Always current – results refresh automatically based on today’s date.

  • Less manual work – set it once and let it update daily.

1. Open the filter panel

Navigate to Collector Tasks and click on Filters.
Select a date-based field such as Date due.

2. Choose your date mode

You’ll see two tabs:

  • Calendar – select a fixed date manually.

  • Preset Dates – pick a dynamic option such as Today, 7 days from now, or Last month.

3. Apply the filter

After selecting your option, click Apply.
The filter automatically adjusts as time moves forward no need to edit it again.

Practical examples

  • Upcoming payments: filter between Today and 7 days from now.

  • Recent collections: filter after 14 days ago.

  • Monthly reports: choose This month or Last month to track performance automatically.

Tips

  • Dynamic filters are timezone-aware, results adjust automatically for your region.

  • You can combine static and dynamic dates, e.g., from January 1, 2025 to Today.

  • Always check your operator (e.g., between, after) to ensure correct results.
