Filter and export customers based on when they were assigned a tag from a specific tag category (such as DCA, Email Letters, Credit Suspension, etc.), rather than just whether they currently have the tag.
This enables time-specific reporting like "customers placed with a DCA in the past 7 days."
How to Filter by Tag Assignment Date
On the Customers & Invoice Page
Navigate to Customers or Invoice
Click Filters
Select your tag category date filter (e.g., "DCA Date Assigned")
Choose Is between
Enter your date range (e.g., "Last month" and "Today")
Click Apply

Navigate to Reports → DCA Placement Export
Apply your date filters
Click Download

Click Email
Configure:
Users: Select recipients
Recurring: Toggle ON
Frequency: Choose Day/Weekly/Monthly
Time: Set send time

Don't see the date filter? Contact Kolleno Support to enable custom filterable fields for your tag categories.
Report is empty? Verify your date range and confirm customers are being assigned tags during that period.
Too many customers? Ensure you're filtering by the date assigned field, not just tag presence.
