Date vs Days Filters
Kolleno provides two types of activity filters depending on how you want to analyze customer behavior.
Date filters
Use Date filters when you need to review activity within a specific, fixed time period.

Use Days filters when you want to analyze activity relative to today.

Days Filters (Relative to Today)
Use these filters to find customers based on how many days have passed since an activity occurred.

Supported operators
Greater than, less than, equals, and ranges.
A Days filter calculates the number of days between today and the selected activity:
Positive numbers mean the activity happened in the past
Zero means the activity happened today
Negative numbers indicate a future date
Because these filters are based on โlast action,โ records with negative values will not return results.
