The Inv. days latest note modified filter allows you to filter invoices based on the last action taken on your notes related to the corresponding invoices.
Whenever a note for a invoice is created or updated, the “latest note modified" date updates automatically. This ensures that the filter always reflects the latest activity on the invoice notes whether new notes are added or existing ones adjusted.
How It Works:
Each note linked to an invoice includes a “Latest Note Modified” timestamp.
When you Edit a note, that timestamp updates to reflect the latest modification.
The filter "Inv. Days Latest Note Modified" uses “Latest Note Modified” date to determine the last note activity for each invoice.
You can then apply operators to filter invoices based on how many days have passed since the last note was modified.
How to Use the Inv. Days Latest Note Modified Filter
Navigate to Invoices from the left-hand menu.
Click on Filters & Columns to open the filtering options.
Select the “Inv. days latest note modified” Filter
Select an operator that defines how the filter should be used.
Specify a Numeric value (e.g. 0 - for current day)
Apply the Filter
Review the results, you’ll see all invoices meeting the filter condition.
