The Customer Dashboard allows you to view, filter, and export customer data in a way that suits your needs. By applying filters and adjusting visible columns, you can personalise your dashboard and save specific views for later use.
Filtering Customer Data
You can add multiple filters to focus only on the information you need.
Navigate to Customers.
Select Filters & Columns.
Add filter conditions (e.g., open invoices, overdue balances).
Click Apply to see the filtered results.
In this example, the dashboard only shows customers who have 2 or more open invoices.
Adjusting Columns
You can customise which columns are visible on your dashboard:
Show/hide columns: Click the eye icon next to a field to display or hide it.
Reorder columns: Use the up/down arrows to arrange columns.
In this example, Tags and Rating have been disabled from view, while other fields like Due and Overdue remain visible.
Saving Views
You can save customised filters and columns as Views for future use:
After applying filters and adjusting columns, click Views.
Choose Save or Save As.
Give your view a Name
Access saved views anytime under the Views dropdown Show all.
Exporting Data
Filtered data can be exported easily:
Apply your desired filters and column settings.
Click Export.
The data will be downloaded in Excel format, allowing for further analysis or sharing.
And Email will be sent once the report is ready for download.
