Kolleno allows you to set up multiple email profiles, enabling you to connect different email accounts with distinct settings tailored to your specific needs. This feature helps you streamline communication by customizing signatures, assigning users, and managing customer portfolios for each profile.

How to Create an Email Profile

Follow these steps to set up and manage your email profiles:

  1. Navigate to Settings

    • Click the company icon in the top-left corner.

    • Select Settings from the dropdown menu.

  2. Access Email Profiles

    • Click on the Emails section within Settings.

  3. Create Email Profile

    • Click on Create within the Email Profiles page

  4. Set an email profile name

    • Choose a meaningful name for the new email profile

    • Click on “Continue”

  5. Connect an email account

    • Click on “Connect inbox”

    • Choose an email provider to continue the account connection process [LINK?]

Configuring Email Profiles

Each email profile in Kolleno can be customized with the following settings:

  • Signatures: Add unique signatures for each email profile to personalize communication. See here.

  • Users Assigned: Assign specific users to an email profile for better workflow management. See here.

  • Customer Portfolios Assigned: Assign customer portfolios to ensure emails are sent from the appropriate profile. See here.

  • Default: Marking an email profile as default ensures it appears first when sending emails from Kolleno.
