Who can do this? Only users with Admin access.
Purpose: This is helpful for testing automations or email flows if you don't have a test inbox email account you can use for testing.
Steps to Connect a Dummy Email
Go to Settings
In the top-left, click on your company name, and select 'Settings'Navigate to Emails
Choose or Create a Profile
Select an existing profile
OR
Connect the Inbox
Assign a Dummy Email
During the setup, a dummy email will be created on the domain name @accounts-kolleno.comSave and Verify
Once connected, you’ll see the profile status update to Connected.
Note: This email address can now be used to simulate sending/receiving messages within the platform for QA, training, or workflow validation.
If you need to disconnect or change the inbox later, just go back to the profile and click Inbox settings.
