Connecting Amazon Connect in Kolleno

Activate, log in, and verify your Amazon Connect integration within the Kolleno.

Amazon Connect allows your team to manage customer calls directly inside the Kolleno platform.

When enabled for your company, you’ll see a Show Amazon Connect button across the platform. This provides seamless access to call controls, agent availability, and customer communication tools without leaving Kolleno.


Requesting Enablement

To enable Amazon Connect for your workspace, please email Support with the following details:

Subject: Enable Amazon Connect
Body:

  • Kolleno URL where you want the feature enabled

  • Amazon Connect instance URL and login URL


Prerequisites (quick check)

  • You can sign in to Kolleno platform.

  • Your company has Amazon Connect enabled for your Kolleno workspace.

  • Any ad-blockers or firewall blockers are disabled for *.amazonaws.com and your Kolleno domain.


Steps

  1. Log in to Kolleno

  2. Look for “Show Amazon Connect”

    1. If you see it, Amazon Connect is enabled for your current company/workspace.

  3. Click “Show Amazon Connect”

    1. The Amazon Connect interface opens.

    2. If you’re not logged in to AWS Connect, you’ll be redirected to your company’s sign-in page to complete authentication.

  4. Confirm connection
    After authentication, the interface loads. You can now place/receive calls (see “Handling Inbound Calls” and "Handling Outbound Calls" article).
