Enable Xero Reference as a column and filter in Kolleno

Request activation of the Xero Reference column and filter in Kolleno so you can search and report using your Xero Reference.

For Xero users, Kolleno can display your Xero invoice Reference as:

  • A column on the Invoices page

  • A filter so you can search invoices by Xero Reference

This option is not enabled by default. Please contact support@kolleno.com to have it activated for your workspace.


How to request activation

  1. Send an email to support@kolleno.com

  2. Use this subject line:

    Request to Enable Filter/Column for Xero Reference
  3. In the email body, include:

    • Your Kolleno URL:

    • Xero field name: e.g. Reference

    • Optional: One example Xero Reference you want to search by so the support could verify that everything is working as expected.

  4. Our Support team will confirm once the Xero Reference column and filter are enabled for your workspace.
