In some cases, you might want to use Kolleno for some of its numerous features but not for replying to emails. Before going further, please note that, if you send emails via Kolleno, it is recommended that you also reply via Kolleno.

In case you cannot due to complex internal processes, Kolleno can deactivate the pulling of received emails into the platform and help you with auto-forwarding the replies.

CUSTOM DNS

Kolleno will deactivate the pulling of new emails on demand, and set up the auto-forward for you. You will need to confirm the recipient email address for the auto-forward.

GMAIL

Kolleno will deactivate the pulling of new emails on demand, but the auto-forward will have to be done by you.

MICROSOFT

Kolleno will deactivate the pulling of new emails on demand, but the auto-forward will have to be done by you.

SMTP

Kolleno will deactivate the pulling of new emails on demand, but the auto-forward will have to be done by you. The process varies based on the email provider of your choice.
