Will Kolleno log my reply if I was CC’d on an email sent from Kolleno?

Replies from your personal business email address are logged if the Kolleno address stays in the recipients list.

Yes — if the email is sent from your Kolleno-connected email address and you CC your personal business email address, any reply you send from your personal business email will be logged in Kolleno, as long as the Kolleno-connected address remains in the recipients.

Example scenario

  1. You send an email to a customer from your Kolleno-connected address collections@mycompany.com.

  2. You CC your personal business address john.doe@mycompany.com on that email.

  3. Later, you reply to the customer from your john.doe@mycompany.com inbox.

  4. As long as collections@mycompany.com is still in the To or CC field, Kolleno will automatically log your reply under that customer’s record.

Please note: If you remove the Kolleno-connected email address from the recipients, the reply will not be captured in Kolleno.
