If a customer contact has more than one email address, you can add them all in the Email field.
Separate the email addresses with commas ( , ) or semicolons ( ; ).
Spaces are optional before/after commas or semicolons.
Example:
john.doe@example.com; jane.smith@example.com, accounts@example.com
When you select this contact—either in a workflow or when sending a manual email—Kolleno will automatically send the email to all listed addresses.
How It Works:
If an imported contact has multiple email addresses in the email field (separated by commas or semicolons), Kolleno will recognize them.
Emails sent to that contact will be delivered to all listed email addresses.
This ensures that all relevant recipients receive important communications without requiring manual updates.
