As a courtesy, Kolleno provides a one-time bulk import to create new person (contact) records using a CSV file, upon request.
All persons created through this process will have their source set to manual.
This process is handled by Kolleno Support and is intended for initial setup or exceptional cases. Please keep these requests to a minimum.
Required CSV Format
Please submit a UTF-8 encoded, comma-separated CSV file with clearly named column headers.

Important:
The customer identifier column is required. All other columns are optional and may be omitted entirely.
Customer Identifier Options
When submitting your CSV, you must confirm which customer identifier is being used.

The identifier must match exactly, including letter casing, with what exists in Kolleno.

Sending the File
When submitting your CSV to kolleno@support, please confirm:
The customer identifier type used
The exact column names included in the file
That the file is submitted at least two business days before any critical deadlines
The Kolleno instance URL of where you want this import to happen in.
Important Notes
This is a manual process and should be requested sparingly
Same-day completion is common but not guaranteed
If a person already exists with the same email for a customer, that row is skipped
Position names must already exist in Kolleno
Files must be:
UTF-8 encoded
Comma-separated
Double-quoted if values include commas or special characters
