Head to the ‘Detailed Aging’ report (in 'Ageing Analytics'). On the first tab, last column, you will see the latest note per customer with an open balance.
On the second tab, you will see the latest note per invoice with an open balance.
View the latest notes linked to all customers and invoices with open balances in an Excel report.
