Your customers can access and download all relevant files directly from the Customer Portal, including invoice documents and any supporting files.
How to view files:
In the Invoices tab, click the download icon next to an invoice reference.
A dropdown will appear with:
Download invoice PDF β Downloads the invoice.
View X additional file(s) β Opens a page showing all files linked to that invoice.
These additional files may include contracts, purchase orders, or other relevant attachments.
Files not tied to invoices:
Customers can also access documents that are not linked to a specific invoice.
Go to the Files tab in the portal.
This tab shows all files uploaded to the customer's profile (e.g. agreements or onboarding documents).
π Note: File availability is controlled by your team. Only files marked as visible to the customer will appear here.
βOnly files marked as "Visible to customer" will appear on the Customer Portal and get attached to templates in workflows.
