Your customers can access and download all relevant files directly from the Customer Portal, including invoice documents and any supporting files.
How to view files:
In the Invoices tab, click the download icon next to an invoice reference.
A dropdown will appear with:
Download invoice PDF – Downloads the invoice.
View X additional file(s) – Opens a page showing all files linked to that invoice.
These additional files may include contracts, purchase orders, or other relevant attachments.
Files not tied to invoices:
Customers can also access documents that are not linked to a specific invoice.
Go to the Files tab in the portal.
This tab shows all files uploaded to the customer's profile (e.g. agreements or onboarding documents).
📎 Note: File availability is controlled by your team. Only files marked as visible to the customer will appear here.
❗Only files marked as "Visible to customer" will appear on the Customer Portal and get attached to templates in workflows.
