When setting up workflow templates in Kolleno, you can automatically include file attachments in your emails or SMS messages using specific tags and file IDs.
How it works:
In Automation > Template, under the Files attachments section, you can control which files are included in workflow communications:
Enable file attachment sources:
Toggle "Is fetching file attachments from customer level" to include files uploaded at the customer level.
Toggle "Is fetching file attachments from invoice level" to attach files linked to the invoice.
Select tags:
Use the "Select tags of Files Attachments" dropdown to filter which files are included.
Only files tagged with the selected labels (e.g.
Related
,Contract
, etc.) will be considered.Tags allow you to include only relevant documents in automated workflows.
Save the template.
Once configured, these files will automatically be included in the emails or messages sent as part of your collection workflows.
π Note: Files must be previously uploaded and properly tagged under the customer or invoice in order to be attached automatically. They also need to be marked "Visible to customer" will be included, even if they have the tags.
