Sometimes you need to either send additional files to your customer alongside the usual invoice PDF, or record files internally about specific customers.

Manually attaching files to communications is time-consuming and error-prone, especially when handling multiple emails.

To make this process simpler, Kolleno provides a dedicated Files Storage section for each customer. This feature allows users to upload files to a customer's profile, link them to invoices, attach reference tags for automation, or control the file's visibility to customers.

The files storage section is broken down into two categories:

  1. Uploaded Files β†’ These are files that were manually uploaded to Kolleno

  2. Files from ERP β†’ These are files that are being synced to Kolleno from an external ERP

Files from ERP require additional configuration before use. If you need this feature, please contact your account manager. For most use cases, manual file uploading should be sufficient.
