When a customer emails a remittance that includes invoice references and amounts, the system will analyse the attachment and generate a draft Promise to Pay for the matching invoices.

This applies both on the Customer Profile and within Collector Tasks.

How It Works?

1. Customer sends an inbound email with a remittance file attached

The email normally includes lines similar to:

2. The system reads the attachment

If the inbound email contains a file attachment Kolleno will now perform a scan for invoice references and identify if there are any promise to pay invoices flagged within the attached file.

3. Promise to Pay is created

If the invoices match those on the customer account, a Promise to Pay is automatically generated using Kolleno AI.

4. User must Approve or Decline

The system never takes final action without your approval. You can accept or decline the generated Promise to Pay directly from the Timeline.
