For Xero users, you have in Xero the possibility to attach files to the invoices in your system which in turn can then be sent through Kolleno to your Customers.
See the steps below:
In Xero:
Navigate in Xero to the invoice and select the "Attach files" button. For each file you want available in Kolleno, make sure the turn on "Send with invoice":
In Kolleno:
You can attach them in Kolleno if “Send with invoice” was selected above:
On the Customer Timeline in New Communication
This option is also available in templates (therefore strategies) and bulk communications.
