For Xero users, you have in Xero the possibility to attach files to the invoices in your system which in turn can then be sent through Kolleno to your Customers.
How It Works
Files attached to invoices in Xero can be sent through Kolleno if they are marked to be shared.
Once enabled, these files can be included in emails sent from the Customer Timeline, templates, strategies, and bulk communications.
Step 1: Attach Files in Xero
Follow the steps below in Xero.
Open the invoice in Xero
Select Attach files
Upload or select the files you want to include
Enable Send with invoice for each file
Only files with Send with invoice enabled will be available in Kolleno.
Step 2: Enable Attachments in Kolleno
Once files are marked correctly in Xero, they can be sent from Kolleno.
Customer Timeline
Open the Customer Timeline
Create a New Communication
Select the attachment icon
Enable Include Xero files attached to invoices
The files will be added automatically to the communication.
Using Attachments in Templates and Strategies
This option is also available when creating templates and strategies.
Open the Template editor
Scroll to the bottom of the page
Enable Include Xero files attached to invoices
This ensures attachments are sent automatically during bulk communications.
