If you decide to change the email address used for sending or receiving emails in your Kolleno system, you’ll first need to disconnect the existing one.
This process only takes a few clicks and ensures your new account can be connected without issues.
Steps to Disconnect Your Email Account
Navigate to Settings
Select the Emails in your Settings
Select the Email Profile you want to disconnect
Click on the Disconnect Imbox
