Kolleno integrates with Stripe to support different payment methods depending on where your business bank account is registered. This article explains how to enable or disable supported direct debit payment methods directly from your Stripe settings in Kolleno.
Before You Start
Make sure that:
Your Stripe account is already connected to Kolleno
You have admin access to payment settings

Supported Stripe Payment Methods by Region
The available payment methods depend on your Stripe bank account location.
United States: ACH Direct Debit
Canada: ACSS Direct Debit
These payment methods allow customers to pay invoices directly from their bank accounts.
Where to Manage Stripe Payment Methods
Navigate to the following path in Kolleno:
Settings
Payments
Stripe
Three Dots
This is where you can enable or disable supported Stripe payment methods.
Activate ACH Direct Debit (United States)
If your Stripe account is based in the United States:
Select Activate ACH Payments
Tick the checkbox to allow ACH Direct Debit
Untick the checkbox if you want to disable ACH payments
Changes are applied immediately and control whether ACH is available as a payment option for customers.

Activate ACSS Direct Debit (Canada)
If your Stripe account is based in Canada:
Select Activate ACSS Payments
Tick the checkbox to allow ACSS Direct Debit
Untick the checkbox if you want to disable ACSS payments
This controls whether Canadian customers can pay invoices using ACSS Direct Debit.
