Kolleno's system is now able to store various different payment methods making it very easy for you to charge your customers through the Kolleno platform. You can either set it up on behalf of your customers or send them a link to input their details.
How to add a payment method in Kolleno
Navigate to any customer profile ➡️ Select the Payment Methods Tab ➡️ Add Payment Method Button
Select the payment method you would like to add:
Card or Bank Account
Bank Account:
Please note setting up the bank account payment method will redirect you to one of our payment integrations Blink, Stripe or GoCardless.
Card:
Either copy the link and send it off for your customer to fill in or select setup now and fill in the customer card details in the form shown below (Stripe example).
