Payment Methods

Learn how to add and manage payment methods for your customers in Kolleno.

Kolleno allows you to store multiple payment methods for your customers, making it easy to collect payments directly from the platform.


You can either set up the payment method on behalf of your customer or send them a secure link to complete it themselves.


How to Add a Payment Method in Kolleno

  1. Navigate to Customers → Select a Customer Profile.

  2. Click on the Configuration tab.

  3. Open the Payment Methods section.

  4. Click the Add Payment Method button.


Select the Payment Method Type

You’ll now be prompted to choose between:

  • Credit or Debit Card

  • Bank Account (Direct Debit)

If you select Bank Account, you’ll need to provide:

Setting up a bank account payment method will redirect you to one of our payment partners — Blink, Stripe, or GoCardless.


Card Payment Setup

Either copy the link and send it off for your customer to fill in or select setup now and fill in the customer card details in the form shown below (Stripe example).
