Workflow Dynamic Filters and Saved Views

Filter your workflows list dynamically and save custom views to find the right automations faster.

Dynamic filters let you instantly narrow the workflows list by any combination of criteria, and saved views preserve those filter sets so you can return to them with a single click no need to rebuild your filter configuration every time.

Using Dynamic Filters

  1. Navigate to Workflows from the left-hand navigation menu.

  2. Click the Filter button at the top of the workflows list.

  3. Select one or more filter criteria from the panel for example, Status, Tag, Workflow type, or Owner.

  4. The list updates in real time as you apply each filter. Combine multiple filters using AND logic to narrow results further.

Saving a View

Once you have a filter combination that you use regularly, save it as a named view to access it instantly next time.

  1. Apply the filters you want to save (see steps above).

  2. Click Save view in the filter bar.

  3. Enter a name for your view (e.g., "Overdue — Enterprise" or "UK Region Active").

  4. Click Save. The view appears in the Views dropdown at the top of the workflows list.

Switching Between Saved Views

  1. Open the Filters and Views dropdown at the top of the workflows list.

  2. Select Show All saved view

  3. Select the specific view from the dropdown.

Editing or Deleting a Saved View

  1. Switch to the saved view you want to update.

  2. Adjust the filters as needed.

  3. Click Save

  4. To delete a view, open the Views dropdown, hover over the view name, and click the 🗑 Delete icon.

Note: Saved views are currently personal they are visible only to the user who created them. Shared team views may be available in a future release.
