As your workflow library grows, finding the right automation quickly becomes critical. Workflow tags let you label workflows with meaningful identifiers such as the customer segment, collection stage, or business unit they relate to so you can filter and navigate your list instantly.
Adding a Tag to a Workflow
Navigate to Workflows from the left-hand navigation menu.
Locate the workflow you want to tag. You can use the search bar or existing filters to find it.
Click the workflow to open it, or use the ⋯ (more options) menu on the workflow row.
Select Edit tags (or click the tag icon on the workflow row).
Type a new tag name or select an existing tag from the dropdown.
Click Save to apply the tag.
Filtering the Workflows List by Tag
Go to Workflows.
Click the Filter button at the top of the list.
Select Tag from the filter options.
Choose one or more tags to filter by. The list updates instantly to show only matching workflows.
Removing or Editing a Tag
Open the workflow's tag editor as described above.
Untick the tag in order to remove it
Click Save.
Note: Tags are shared across your workspace. Renaming or deleting a tag affects all workflows it has been applied to.
