How to navigate to a new signature?
Navigate to Settings
Click your company name (top-left)
➡️ Settings
➡️ Emails
➡️ Choose an Email Profile
➡️ Email Signatures -> Configure
Create a New Signature
Click Add New on the left-hand side.
In the Create Signature panel:
Enter a Signature Name (e.g., “Dovydas-Default”)
Personalize your signature by typing text or selecting Insert Smart Field for dynamic fields like user’s name or title
Format text and add links as needed (e.g., website, meeting booking link, images)
Preview and Save
Click Preview to review your signature, this will display how the customers will see the email signature.
When satisfied, click Create to save.
Tick the Use as default box to make this signature the default signatures for all users
