Kolleno lets you build an email signature from your own HTML, and view or copy the HTML behind any existing signature. Use it to reuse a signature you already have in Outlook or Gmail, or to copy the settings of one Kolleno signature into another.
Steps
Navigate to Signature Settings
Go to:
Settings → Emails → Email Signature → Configure
Here you can select an existing signature or create a new one.
Open the HTML source
Create a new signature, or select an existing one to open Edit signature.
Enter or check the Signature name.
In the editor toolbar, click the Custom HTML button (the <> icon).
The View and edit HTML source window opens and shows the HTML behind the signature.
Add, edit or copy the HTML
In the View and edit HTML source window you can:
Paste your own signature: copy the HTML of your current email signature and paste it into the window, replacing what is there.
Edit the signature: change the HTML directly in the window.
Copy the settings of an existing signature: select all the HTML in the window and copy it. Then open the signature you want to update (or create a new one), click Custom HTML and paste it in.
When you are done, click Save. The signature updates in the editor.
Preview and save the signature
Click Preview to see the signature as your customers will see it.
Switch on Use as default if this should be the default signature.
Click Create for a new signature, or Update if you are editing an existing one.
Things to note
Closing the View and edit HTML source window without clicking Save discards your HTML changes.
Changes to the signature are only kept once you click Create or Update.
Always check the preview after pasting HTML, as some code may display differently in the editor than in your email client.
