The Detailed Productivity Report, available in the Kolleno Insights section of reporting, shows how quickly your team responds to emails and completes tasks. It provides both easy-to-read fields and detailed data for custom analysis.
Available metrics in the report:
Date Received for Emails / Date Created for Tasks
Date Replied for Emails / Date Completed for Tasks
Replied within / Completed within: Time taken to reply, calculated between Date Received and Date Replied.
User Replied: The user who sent the reply.
Note: There is a hidden tab in the export that contains the exact number of minutes taken to complete each task. You can use this data if you want to run your own calculations.
