Stop a specific Workflow run

Decide what workflow runs specifically must stop (any level: customer, invoice, credit note, etc.)

When workflows are running, you have many customers currently running, sometimes with time delays, sometimes with errors, and you may want to stop a specific one. In other words, to remove the active record from the workflow.

Go the the relevant customer on the Customer Hub, and on the right select "Stop" next to the relevant Workflow run in progress:

You can also doing by looking at the records currently in an active workflow step:
