Workflow filters

Specify which customer, invoice, credit note etc will be included in the workflow based off specific criteria.

The "When a record matches conditions" trigger will run when a record matches the conditions you define in a particular automation’s configuration.

To select a condition we will make use of filters. Filters are incredibly powerful as they allow you to customise a flow can select exactly which customer, invoice, credit note or other objects will be actioned.

Almost any field in Kolleno can be used in a filter.

If you are running a workflow on the customer level you can even target specific invoices on that customer. This will set your dunning or collections workflow to combine invoices on the customer level but only include specific invoices that meet the relevant criteria.
