To quickly view records, such as customers in a specific step of a workflow, follow these steps:
Navigate to Automation > Workflows.
Select the workflow you want to review.
Look for a label indicating the number of active records, such as "6 active Customers".
By clicking on this number, you can access detailed information about the records currently in that step (e.g., a time delay step). Additionally, you'll see useful details, such as potential issues preventing records from progressing further in the workflow.
