When is this error displayed?

When you Sign In with Intuit or Connect Kolleno to QuickBooks from the app store, you may encounter the following message: “Please make sure your email is verified on QuickBooks.”

This usually happens when you recently created your account.

Steps to solve the above error:

  1. Login to your QuickBooks account

  2. Click on your initial in the blue circle in the top-right

  3. Click on “Manage your Intuit Account”

  4. Click on “Sign in & security”

  5. Next to your email address, your will see “Verify”. Click on it

  6. Check your email inbox

  7. That’s it, you can now re-try connecting QuickBooks to Kolleno
