The Customer Dashboard in Kolleno provides an overview of your customer accounts, outstanding balances, overdue amounts, and activity. By understanding the metrics and columns, you can quickly identify risks, prioritise actions, and manage collections effectively.

Customising Your View

  • Filters: Apply conditions (e.g. “Open invoices greater than 2”) to focus on specific accounts.

  • Columns: Show or hide columns with the eye icon, or reorder them with arrows.

  • Saved Views: Save your preferred filters and columns as a named “view” to quickly access it later.
