Customer Dashboard

In this article, we will be sharing with you some of the functions available in the customer dashboard.

The customer dashboard summarises the total number of customers, the amount due, overdue, and average days overdue. It is the hub where you can see a breakdown by the customer of what is due, overdue, average days late, how many open invoices on the account, the date of the last action and so much more.

What filters are available?

To see the filter available, press the “Filters” button next to the search bar

You will then see a dropdown menu of filters where you can sort data by

  • Rating

  • Chasing

  • Only customers with overdue invoices

  • Contacts details available

  • Email addresses available

  • Phone numbers available

  • Strategies

  • Portfolios

  • Strikes
