The Payouts tab shows if each payout is in your ERP. If a payout is not in your ERP yet, you can send it now. You do not need to wait for the next automatic synchronization.
Check the ERP status of a payout
Go to Payments > Payouts. The ERP status column shows one of these values:
Synchronized: the payout is in your ERP. Hover over the label to see the ERP name.
Queued: Kolleno sent the payout, and your ERP processes it in the background. This can happen for a large NetSuite deposit.
Not synchronized: the payout is not in your ERP yet.
Synchronize a payout now
Go to Payments > Payouts.
On the row of a payout that shows Not synchronized, click ...
Select Synchronize now.
A message confirms: "Synchronization queued. The payout will be synchronized in the background." Reload the page after a few minutes to see the new status (synchronization time depends on the payout size and your ERP availability).
Synchronize now does not show for a payout that is Synchronized or Queued. It also does not show for users with the Viewer role. If a synchronization of the payout is already in progress, a message tells you.
To see when a payout was queued, click ... > Synchronization status. The Queued since row shows the date. For the other rows, see View Payout Synchronization Status.
