View Payment Synchronization Status

Check the synchronization details about payment charges and your ERP.

In order to view the synchronization details between the payments done via Kolleno and your ERP, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the relevant Customer Hub

  2. Click on the tab to view Kolleno Payments

  3. On the row, click on "..."

  4. Select "Synchronization status"

  5. And you'll see the details

The possible values are:

  • ERP name: the name of your ERP/accounting software.

  • ERP internal ID: the unique identifier in your ERP (different than the reference).

  • Synchronization attempts: how many times Kolleno has attempted to synchronize the payment with the ERP.

  • Error: whether a specific error was returned when synchronizing.

  • Is Unapplied: it would say 'Yes' if payment has been unapplied from the invoices (for instance if there was a charge back).

  • Refunds: the list of refunds internal IDs from your ERP, as well as additional information when you go hover it.
