Kolleno ensures data synchronization with NetSuite, through multiple automated redundancy processes if the real-time had an issue. Some of these processes run overnight to keep your data up to date. However, if your ERP encounters an issue or you need immediate synchronization, you can manually trigger a resynchronization for a specific customer.
When to Use Manual Synchronization
You have made recent updates in NetSuite and need them reflected in Kolleno immediately.
There was a synchronization failure or delay, and you don’t want to wait for the next scheduled update.
A customer’s financial records are not showing the latest transactions or details.
How to Perform a Manual Synchronization
Go to the relevant Customer Hub section.
Click on Configuration within the customer profile.
Trigger Manual Synchronization
Locate the Manual Synchronization option.
Click Resynchronize data to initiate an immediate update from NetSuite.
Expected Behavior After Synchronization
Kolleno will forcibly overwrite the data from NetSuite for the selected customer, using the earlier of the customer's latest update date or the oldest latest update date of an associated invoice.
Any recent changes in invoices, contacts, credit notes, payments, and customer details will be updated.
The process may take a few minutes, depending on the volume of data being retrieved.
Troubleshooting
If the synchronization does not reflect the expected changes, verify that the updates have been successfully saved in NetSuite.
Ensure that your NetSuite integration is active and properly connected.
If issues persist, contact Kolleno Support for further assistance.
By using the Manual Synchronization feature, you can ensure your Kolleno dashboard always reflects the most up-to-date financial data without waiting for the next automated sync.
