When you enable OKTA SSO provisioning in Kolleno, it creates single sign-on identities for your users. However, OKTA provisioning does not automatically assign users to multiple Kolleno instances.
If your organization uses multiple separate Kolleno instances, you'll need to explicitly configure which users can access each instance.
Steps
Prepare your user list
Collect the email addresses of all users you want to add to Kolleno instances. Format the list as a CSV file (UTF-8 encoding). Example format: one email address per row.Identify your Kolleno instance URLs
Note the URL for each Kolleno instance (company) where users should have access.Example:
https://app.kolleno.com/instance-name-1,https://app.kolleno.com/instance-name-2
Contact Kolleno Support
Email support with, the CSV file containing user email addresses and the list of Kolleno instance URLs where each user should be added. Kolleno will configure user access to the specified instances on your behalf.Verify user access
Once configured, users can log in to their assigned instances using their OKTA credentials. New users are assigned the Viewer role by default upon first login.
