When new users sign in through Single Sign-On (SSO) for the first time, they are automatically assigned a default role in Kolleno. By default, this role is set to Viewer.
Available Roles
Admin – Full access to all settings and features.
Member – Access to core features without admin permissions.
Viewer – Read-only access.
Please note that features access can then be fine-tuned per user.
Customizing the Default Role
If you'd like to assign a different default role (e.g. Member or Admin) to new SSO users:

Request the change to the default SSO user role
Our team will update your configuration accordingly
⚠️ This setting applies to all new users joining via SSO. Existing users are unaffected.
