Introduction
This guide will walk you through the process of setting up Okta Single Sign-On (SSO) with Kolleno. Implementing SSO will allow your users to access Kolleno seamlessly without needing to manage multiple passwords as well as launch Kolleno directly from the Okta dashboard.
Prerequisites
Admin access to your Okta account.
Step-by-Step Guide
Create an Okta OIDC application
Navigate to the Okta Admin Console and sign in with your Okta admin credentials.
Go to Applications -> Applications then click Create App Integration
3. Choose OIDC - OpenID Connect as the sign-in method and Web Application as the application type.
4. Enter a name for the application (e.g., Kolleno)
5. Set the sign-in redirect URI to https://server.kolleno.com/auth/okta/redirect

6. Manage access control before clicking Save to create the App Integration.
7. Once the App Integration has been created, navigate to the Sign On tab and change the Issuer from Dynamic to Okta URL
8. In the General tab, note the Client ID and Client Secret of the application as you will need send these to your Kolleno Account Manager.
